Festival Fundraiser

The annual fundraiser for the festival will be held on
Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm
at the Ashmore Community Center (211 S Illinois St).

The event will include:

• Jonah Fish Fry  (4:00-7:00pm)
  • $15 per fish OR chicken-strip meal, includes meat, hush puppies, fries, choice of cole slaw or baked beans, and drink
  • Desserts and extra servings available a la carte
  • Tickets will not be sold in advance
• Silent Auction  (4:00-8:00pm)
  • Interested in donating an auction item?
    • Drop off at the Ashmore Municipal Office - 10 W Ashmore St
    • Contact a committee member to arrange for pick-up
• Face Painting by Libby Jo  (4:00-8:00pm)
• Live music from Max Heuerman & the Little Truckers  (6:00-9:00pm)
• 50/50 Raffle and More!

Monetary donations are also very much appreciated! Donations of any size will help to offset the costs of events, entertainment, supplies, and advertising. Please note that all committee members are volunteers, and none of the funds are used for compensation of festival organizers.
