Signing Up for Water Service

Applying for water service in Ashmore is simple!

1. Water Service Application (below) - the form can be submitted by mail, email, in-person, or in the night-drop box on the east side of the Municipal Office
2. Service Deposit - a deposit of $60 is required for all new services, and it will be refunded when water service is discontinued.
   The water deposit may be submitted with the application or may be paid online through through the water payment portal by choosing "Misc Fee" and typing "Water Deposit" in the description field.
3. Copy of valid Driver's License or State ID 
4. ACH Origination Form (optional) (form is below) - to sign up for auto-pay from your bank account each month for your water payment. The service is free to enroll, free to use, and may be canceled at any time without fee. You may also choose to enroll in auto-pay through a debit/credit card using the online water portal (card convenience fees will apply).
