SNAP Replacement Benefits due to Electric Outage

Current Illllinis SNAP customers may be eligible for replacement SNAP benefits if there was a power outage of over 4 hours or food was destoryed. Forms need to be recieved within 10 days.
1. Complete this Illinis Department of Human Services (IDHS) form:
